2. Digital Products
2.1 Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Content
Due to the personalized nature of our astrology reports and readings, all sales of digital products are final. Once a report has been prepared or delivered to you, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
This is because each reading is custom-created using your birth data and other personal details, making it unsuitable for resale.
2.2 Exceptions for Digital Product Refunds
Refunds for digital products will only be considered under the following circumstances:
The product was never delivered due to a technical error on our part.
The product contains significant factual or data-entry errors (e.g., incorrect birth data despite correct input).

3. Live Consultations
3.1 Cancellation Policy
For scheduled consultations (video, phone, or in-person), you may cancel or reschedule under the following conditions:
48 hours or more before the appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling.
24–48 hours before the appointment: 50% refund or one-time free rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours before the appointment: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible at our discretion.
3.2 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.


4. Subscription Services
4.1 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
4.2 Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.
4.3 Free Trial Periods
If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. Once the trial ends and billing begins, standard refund rules apply.

5. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers
5.1 Gift Cards
Non-refundable once purchased.
Cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
May be transferred to another person with written permission.
5.2 Promotional Codes
Discounts and offers cannot be applied retroactively.
If a purchase using a promotional code is refunded under this policy, the refund amount will exclude the value of the promotional discount.

There is evidence of fraudulent or abusive activity.
Multiple refund requests are made without valid cause.

9. Processing Timeframes
While we aim to process approved refunds promptly, the exact time until funds appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Typically:
Credit/debit card refunds: 5–15 business days.
PayPal refunds: 3–7 business days.
Bank transfer refunds: 5–20 business days.
